Convenants and By Laws
Guidlines established for use of Ballfield.
* For Residents, their famlies and friends
* No motorized vehicles
* Must leave facilities clean after use
* Maintain "reasonable" noise level; no inappropriate language
*Activities must conclude by dusk unless otherwise approved
*No Parking or drop off in Rosefield Court
*Organized activities must be scheduled with the Board and have a Fairwind Farm resident present during the entire activity who is responsible for rule compliance
HOA Due Increase
Effective 1/1/2024
Annual Fee will be $80.00
